White linens, galvanized steel, hydrangea and willow branches - all blended together beautifully to compliment this venue. Since the wedding the next day was going to be quite formal, the groom and his parent's wanted a lighthearted rehearsal dinner - with a touch of elegance. The chosen dinner menu featured the groom's favorite "fun foods" and libations. This resulted in: three appetizer stations, an open bar, an on-site food truck (serving the groom's favorite tacos), a doughnut and cupcake buffet, a sound system with lively music and an endearing video of the bride and groom's journey- leading up to this day. The outside stone walls of the cultural center were lined with votives and tiny white lights hung across the courtyard for a celebratory feel. Food stations and cocktail tables were positioned in the courtyard while guest dining was held inside the Great Hall. The rehearsal dinner was held in January and it was a bit chilly. We compensated by offering a well stocked cocoa and coffee bar with a wide assortment of edible stir sticks and fun toppings.
